Any person working in a field which targets assistance for abused children needs to read about the kids that no one wants.
In the same vein as Less Than Zero and Fight Club, two of my personal favorites, Jon Allen has delivered an edgy, clever, and at times intense, character driven story.
I appreciate stories that pull me in and Throwaway Kids grabbed me by the collar and didn't let go. For me, a journey to the dark side. Fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride.
Cant wait to read this, I've known the author for about 15 years now, and let me tell you I'm pretty excited to read a story that's really close to his own personal Demons he fought himself.

This is a must read! Only half way through, but can't wait to finish! The author did a great job in pulling you in- its very hard to put down!
